Photographic Images.
Our policy with regards to Photographic images depends on the category of images as follows…
Commercial Images – Staff Portraits, Product shots etc. These images will be stored indefinitely on our secure hard drive backup system.
Wedding Images – Wedding couple, family & friends images These images will be stored indefinitely on our secure hard drive backup system.
School Images – Children’s individual and class photos. These will be stored on our secure hard drive backup system for a period of 7 years from the date of taking. The images will then be permanently erased from all of our systems. (This practice will commence from 1st January 2018)
